2. Booking and Payment
To avail our services, customers must adhere to the following booking and payment policies:
- All bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the desired service date.
- A booking confirmation will be provided upon receipt of the initial deposit.
- Payment can be made through cash, bank transfer, or online payment gateways.
- Full payment must be completed before or upon completion of the service.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in additional charges or service cancellation.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their bookings under the following conditions:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service charge.
- Deposits made during the booking process are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
4. Liability and Insurance
We take utmost care while handling your belongings, but our liability is subject to the following terms:
- We provide limited liability for damages caused during transportation.
- Customers are encouraged to opt for additional insurance coverage for high-value items.
- We are not responsible for damages due to natural calamities, accidents, or improper packing by the client.
5. Packing and Handling
Customers are responsible for ensuring that fragile and valuable items are properly packed before the move. Our team follows industry-standard packing techniques to minimize damage risks.
6. Storage and Warehousing
If customers require storage facilities, the following conditions apply:
- Storage fees will be charged on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Customers must disclose the nature of goods stored to ensure proper handling.
- We are not responsible for damages due to prolonged storage or environmental factors.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must adhere to the following responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information regarding the items to be transported.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of delicate goods.
- Be available at the pickup and drop-off locations during the scheduled time.
- Inform us in advance about any changes in the moving schedule.
8. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being transported by our services:
- Explosives, hazardous chemicals, and flammable substances.
- Perishable food items that require refrigeration.
- Illegal goods, contraband, or items banned under local laws.
- Valuables such as jewelry, cash, and confidential documents.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, customers are encouraged to reach out to our support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, legal proceedings will be conducted in the jurisdiction of our registered office.
